This is the quilt that started this blog. I'd had the pieces in a box for about two years, and wanted to finish it up. I could not find the instructions anywhere, and I usually have a graph paper notebook where I keep everything. I never get pictures printed, though, so I often don't have a record of the finished quilt. Keeping pictures and information on a blog suddenly seemed a very useful thing!
During this summer, I am going to try to make a quilt a day for My Very Own Blanket, a local concern that donates quilts and blankets to foster children. I've done this before, but after quilting for 30 years, I am getting a bit tired of it and just want to use up my fabric. This is a good way to do it.
In the future, I'll try to include some pattern information. For this one, you're out of luck!
